As a child, I drove my parents crazy always asking "why?" about everything around me. My constant curiosity to understand the world around me and how it works drove me to disassemble anything and everything I could get my hands on just to see how it works. My parents noticed this and in the 5th grade got me a small electronics set. At that time, I don't think they realized that would help pave the way for my future.
In 2003 I started my path in the HVAC industry. I went to UTI (Universal Technical Institute) to learn the HVAC field. At the time, it was just a school. But I quickly fell in love with this industry. Not only was it fulfilling to diagnose and solve the technical problems, but I also found being able to be the "superhero" and "save the day" for my customers was just as rewarding too. "Saving the world 1 Air Conditioner at a time" was a common joke between us techs.
Throughout my Heating & Air Conditioning career, friends and family would see the joy this industry has given me and would always tell me I should start my own company. As a young man, I wouldn't give much thought to it. Then in 2014 I met my now wife, Sydni. She too would encourage me to start a company. Finally I started to listen.
Pulling from the many years in this trade and different company's I have worked for, I decided I wanted to be different. From the small "mom and pop" type shops to the big corporations, I have seen what I like and don't like, what works and doesn't work in this industry. My goal is to provide top level service for my customers. Not just fix their HVAC system and get it running, but to provide the best possible experience and find real solutions to their comfort problems. Whether the discomfort is from an underperforming HVAC system, outrageous utility bills, or simply problematic equipment. My goal is to be among the top HVAC companies here in Yuba City and the surrounding areas, not for fixing or replacing the most systems, but by offering the best service and installations possible. I truly care about my customers and want to make sure they are 100% satisfied with the service we deliver. With this business, I want it to be a family between my family, employees and all who choose to use Beaver Heating & Air.

Hi I'm Amilia, I'm a HVAC installer, I love my job and the people I work with. I'm not much of a talker, but here I go...
I've been fascinated with all types of art since I was a child and I've always looked at construction as a form of art, but never thought I'd be in construction, until I went on some Mexico mission trips to build houses, this is when I fell in love with construction.
It took me many years to find the right line of work for me. I tried RV repair, paint and body work, home repair, even a couple office jobs, nothing was the right fit, but then I got a job in HVAC with my husband and it was a great fit, until he got a job as an electrician. I tried a couple different companies, but nothing seemed to fit well, until I found Beaver Heating and Air. They care about quality of work and quality of work environment as much as I do! It was a perfect fit. Now I get to make art every day while working with amazing people. (:
Sydni Beaver Human Resources and Office Director
My name is Sydni Beaver, I am the Office manager and HR Director at Beaver Heating and Air. While I am new to this position, I am not new to the customer service industry or helping to operate a family owned business. I grew up in Yuba City working alongside my grandmother, mom and aunt in a family owned bakery.
After graduating high school I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Chemistry from UC Davis, moved home, fell in love with education and eventually earned my Master’s Degree in Counseling. I have been working as a school counselor for the last three years serving local students from kindergarten to seniors in high school.
While I really liked that profession, after having children (ages 3.5 and 1.5), I felt like being more available for them and working alongside my husband to continue building a business he started 4 years ago, was more important, and I am so glad that I took the leap. I completely love all parts of my job and life and thoroughly enjoy doing what I do. Like getting to talk with customers everyday, helping them through a time that no one enjoys, like when something breaks, and even more than that, I love getting to use skills I learned as a counselor to help support our amazing employees. Both of these aspects have been, and continue to be, very rewarding.
I look forward to continuing to help our customers, from booking appointments to answering questions and ensuring they are comfortable, as well as, supporting all of the employees at Beaver Heating and Air. Because although we may not be related, we are all truly part of the Beaver Family.

My name is Marlon Vos Alfaro, I am from Northern California. My wife and I recently moved back up north from Twenty-Nine Palms after four years in the service. I enjoy working with peers who have similar goals and pride in their work which is why I enjoy giving back to my community with Beaver Heating & Air.
